Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations Staff (Reliever) to manage disciplinary cases, assist investigations, and ensure policy compliance. You will support case handling across Legal, Operations, and HR functions while fostering a fair and transparent workplace culture.

You will also handle employee movements, implement engagement initiatives, and oversee exit processes to ensure smooth offboarding and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience with employee relations, case handling and investigations.
• Knowledgeable on Philippine labor law and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor timely and fair resolution of employee disciplinary cases.
• Support the HR Business Partner in investigations by gathering evidence and reporting.
• Coordinate with Legal, Operations and other HR functions for proper case handling.
• Provide guidance on employee relations policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in HR practices.
• Process employee movements such as transfers and promotions with proper approvals.
• Handle disciplinary notices and case resolutions in line with company standards.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives for a positive workplace culture.
• Track Performance Improvement Plans and support performance management programs.
• Manage the exit process including clearances, exit interviews, and offboarding.
