Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support fair and consistent application of policies, resolve workplace conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws. You will investigate complaints, advise managers, and prepare documentation for labor cases.

You will liaise with legal counsel, represent the company in labor-related proceedings, and track ER metrics. The role offers opportunities to train in international offices and work across inter-office locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' HR experience in a large complex global organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in employee investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and labor dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information ethically and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and misconduct.
• Support disciplinary and performance management processes.
• Advise managers on policy interpretation and employee relations best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Prepare documentation for labor cases and coordinate with legal counsel.
• Represent the company in labor-related proceedings (e.g., DOLE, NLRC).
• Track ER metrics such as case volume, resolution time, and trends.
