Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee & Labor Relations to lead our ER function for a 1,200-seat customer service operation in the Philippines. You will serve as the site SME on labor law and advise leaders on investigations, discipline, compliance, and risk management.

You will oversee a team of ER Advisors, partnering with operations and HR to promote a positive employee experience, consistent policy application, and compliance across all applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years HR experience with Employee and Labor Relations responsibility.
• Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles managing ER/HR teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in Philippine labor law, investigations, discipline, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Employee Relations Advisors across the site.
• Ensure consistent ER practices, governance, and service delivery standards.
• Provide coaching on complex cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR to handle high-risk matters and audits.
• Monitor labor legislation changes and update policies accordingly.
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership; drive process improvements.
