Job summary

You will partner with leadership on complex cases, support DEI initiatives, and handle investigations with integrity while staying ahead of employment laws and trends. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Employee Relations, or related field.
• Use data and insights to boost employee engagement and trust.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in employee/labor relations.
• Spot risks early and turn them into smart, proactive solutions.
• Strong know-how in contracts, policies, and workplace practices.
• Keep HR practices fresh, compliant, and aligned with current trends.
