Job summary

Power Mac Center is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist in Metro Manila to handle employee concerns, conduct investigations, and support disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor laws.

You will partner with Legal and business leaders to ensure timely resolution of ER matters, provide coaching on clarificatory hearings, conduct, attendance, and policy issues, and monitor trends to propose process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handles employee concerns, grievances, and workplace cases from assessment to resolution.
• Helps conduct fact-finding and investigations and ensures proper case documentation.
• Supports disciplinary and corrective action processes in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
• Partners with Legal and Business Leaders to ensure the timely and effective resolution of employee relations concerns.
• Provides coaching and guidance on clarificatory hearings, employee conduct, performance, attendance, and policy matters.
• Monitors ER trends and recommend appropriate interventions and process improvements.
