Job summary

IntoGREAT Solutions is seeking an HR Officer in the Philippines to manage employee relations, case management, and compliance with labor laws. You will partner with managers and employees to balance advocacy with business needs and ensure fair disciplinary actions.

The ideal candidate has strong ER background, excellent communication, and experience handling investigations, NTEs, and hearings in high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Employee Relations experience.
• At least 5 years of direct case management experience supporting large workforces.
• Experience handling NTEs, investigations, and due process administration.
• Experience in high-volume operations (BPO/shared services) is preferred.
• Exposure to NLRC cases, labor complaints, and legal proceedings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of employee relations cases from intake to closure.
• Conduct investigations, gather statements, evidence, and witness accounts.
• Draft NTEs, investigation reports, and other disciplinary documents.
• Maintain accurate case records and audit trails.
• Advise leaders on policy interpretation and employee relations matters.
• Ensure consistency and fairness in disciplinary actions across business units.
• Maintain ER dashboards and case trackers; monitor aging and SLAs.
• Support compliance with Philippine labor laws and confidentiality requirements.
