Rebisco Group seeks an Employee and Labor Relations Associate to support the implementation of the Code of Conduct, policies, and compliance with labor laws. The role handles employee concerns, disciplinary cases, grievances, and labor relations activities with documentation, coordination, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HRM/ Psychology/ Behavioral Science and 1–2 years in HR, with knowledge of the Philippines Labor Code, confidentiality, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in Employee/Industrial Relations or HR Operations
• Basic knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines and company policies
• Working knowledge of applicable labor regulations and employee relations practices
• Ability to prepare, organize, and maintain confidential employee relations records and case documentation
• Knowledge of disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and due process requirements
• Professional communication with employees, supervisors, union representatives, and HR stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or related systems for case tracking and reporting
• Willing to be based in Ortigas
