The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years in HR or employee relations, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or related functions.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee discipline, grievance handling, and due process.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR systems.
• Willing to be based in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

Primary Function:

We're looking for an Employee Relations Associate to join our team and help foster positive employee relationships, promote a harmonious workplace, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

As an Employee Relations Associate, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by handling employee concerns and grievances, assisting in administrative investigations and disciplinary proceedings, implementing employee relations policies, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, and supporting initiatives that promote employee engagement, workplace discipline, and a positive organizational culture.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 1-3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related functions.
• With knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee discipline, grievance handling, and due process.
• With strong communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• With excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• With the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, fairness, and integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant HR systems.
• Willing to be based in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Food Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Experience in handling employee grievances, administrative investigations, and disciplinary cases is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with labor relations practices, HR policies, and DOLE regulations is an advantage.
