Job summary

LED Management Training Services is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead the Employee Relations Department in the Philippines. You will oversee disciplinary cases, labor relations matters, policy development, employee clearances, and exit processes while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

The role requires independent work, sound judgment, and the ability to handle complex employee relations matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee/Labor relations or HR compliance.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Experience handling disciplinary cases, investigations, and labor disputes required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee disciplinary cases and investigations with due process.
• Represent the company in labor-related consultations and proceedings.
• Develop and update company policies, guidelines, and employee handbook.
• Manage employee clearance processing, final pay, and exit-related accountabilities.
• Coordinate with client representatives on disciplinary concerns and resolutions.
• Supervise the Employee Relations Department and monitor KPIs and turnaround times.
