Qualifications

• 8–10 years HR experience, preferably in a similar role or as an HR Generalist.
• Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives and guide new processes.

Role Overview

Primary Function: We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team and make an impact by serving as a strategic partner to assigned business units or sites, aligning Human Resources (HR) strategies with business objectives. As HRBP, you will provide expert advice on talent, leadership, and organizational development while acting as a key liaison between HR and the business.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or any related course.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or as an HR Generalist
• With comprehensive understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR compliance to develop and implement effective policies and practices.
• With strong ability to implement and guide change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
• With excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills to engage leaders and employees effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
• Proficient in analyzing workforce data, metrics, and trends to drive informed decisions and improve organizational performance.
• Skilled in managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair resolution in alignment with company policies and labor laws.
