Role Overview

Primary Function: Are you passionate about food quality, safety, and continuous improvement? Join our team as a Quality Control Associate and play a vital role in ensuring that every product meets the standards of quality and food safety.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and verifying the implementation of Quality Control and Food Safety Programs throughout every stage of the manufacturing process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering safe, high-quality products to our customers while preventing and identifying potential quality issues before they reach the market.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or any related course.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and quality assurance principles.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast- paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on a 12-hour shifting schedules
• Willing to be assigned in Baliuag, Bulacan
