Job summary

Rebisco is seeking a Marketing Head to lead the business unit's end-to-end marketing agenda, shaping brand strategy, strengthening portfolio, and driving growth. Based in Ortigas, you will align marketing with financial targets and build a commercially accountable marketing organization.

You will lead a high-performing team, champion cross-functional collaboration, and deliver measurable improvements in brand equity and revenue across the Philippines and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in FMCG marketing with deep brand management and P&L responsibility.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams and brands.
• Proven track record in brand building and commercial delivery.
• Willing to be based in Ortigas, Philippines.

Primary Function:

We're looking for a Marketing Head who will lead the business unit's end-to-end marketing agenda—shaping brand strategy, building portfolio strength, enabling commercial growth, and driving marketing team performance. As a key member of the BU leadership team, the Marketing Head is responsible for aligning marketing with financial targets, delivering brand equity and revenue outcomes, and building a commercially accountable marketing organization anchored on Rebisco's core competencies and leadership standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business-related course. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications preferred
• 10+ years in FMCG marketing with deep brand management and P&L experience
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams and brand portfolios
• Demonstrated track record of brand building, commercial delivery, and cross-functional influence
• Willing to be based in Ortigas
