Job summary

Rebisco Group, a long-standing leader in the Philippine snacks industry, is seeking a Business Process Governance Associate Manager to ensure SOPs, process maps, and related documents are accurate and compliant.

You will work with business users, process owners, and transformation teams to support standardization, capability building, and continuous improvement across the enterprise, based in Ortigas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years in process documentation, business analysis, process improvement, or quality management.
• Experience with BPMN, Swimlane diagrams, SOP & Work Instruction development, document control and version management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with process owners and transformation teams to standardize processes.

Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for a Business Process Governance Associate Manager to join our team and make an impact by ensuring that standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process maps, and related business documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with operational and compliance requirements.

This position works closely with business users, process owners, and transformation teams to support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. You will often support process standardization, capability building, operating model designs and transformation projects across the enterprise.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in process documentation, business analysis, process improvement, or quality management
• Skilled in Process Mapping (BPMN, Swimlane Diagrams), SOP and Work Instruction Development, Business Process Analysis, Document Control and Version Management, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or similar tools
• Willing to be based in Ortigas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in documenting operational, supply chain, manufacturing, or shared services processes is an advantage.
