Job summary

Primary Function: We’re looking for a Marketing Head who will lead the business unit’s end-to-end marketing agenda—shaping brand strategy, building portfolio strength, enabling commercial growth, and driving marketing team performance. As a key member of the BU leadership team, the Marketing Head is responsible for aligning marketing with financial targets, delivering brand equity and revenue outcomes, and building a commercially accountable marketing organization anchored on Rebisco’s core competencies and leadership standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business-related course. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications preferred
• 10+ years in FMCG marketing with deep brand management and P&L experience
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams and brand portfolios
• Demonstrated track record of brand building, commercial delivery, and cross-functional influence
• Willing to be based in Ortigas
• Drives end-to-end brand and portfolio strategy for the business unit, ensuring alignment with long-term growth, market leadership, and commercial objectives.
• Owns innovation and portfolio decisions across brands, balancing growth, relevance, and profitability to maximize return on investment.
• Champions integrated marketing execution across channels, formats, and consumer touchpoints, delivering measurable impact on revenue and brand equity.
• Leverages data-driven insights and commercial acumen to inform strategic priorities, optimize resource allocation, and ensure profitable growth.
• Leads and influences cross-functional and executive stakeholders, aligning marketing initiatives with broader business strategy and operational execution.
• Develops marketing talent and organizational capability, building a high-performing, commercially accountable team that strengthens brand leadership across the unit.
