ArmyNavy Burger Inc. in Makati is seeking an experienced Employee Relations and Engagement professional.
You will promote a healthy, compliant work environment through effective communication, conduct counseling, and manage engagement events such as holiday celebrations and wellness activities. You will also support DOLE mandated reporting, annual health and safety programs, and HR data accuracy across systems.
Promote a healthy and compliant work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Conduct call-outs and counseling for employees with behavioral, performance, or attendance concerns.
Ensure accurate and timely issuance of Notices to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Disciplinary Action (NDA) in coordination with employee, immediate supervisors and management.
Plan, organize, and manage employee engagement events such as Christmas Party, Anniversary Celebrations, COO & CEO Birthday Events, and Trick or Treat activities.
Organize and facilitate Employee Wellness Webinars and activities that promote employee well-being.
Coordinate and ensure complete documentation and on-time delivery of Performance Evaluations (3rd Month, 5th Month, and Semi-Annual Reviews).
Support the development and rollout of the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring alignment with company goals.
Maintain performance records and assist in analysis for performance-based decisions such as promotions, renewals, or disciplinary actions.
Ensure monthly submission of DOLE Workers Accident and Illness Reports and compliance with all DOLE Mandated requirements.
Oversee the completion of Rule 1020 registration.
Ensure accurate and updated HR files and compliance reports for internal and external audits.
Facilitate the execution of Annual Physical Examination (APE), Red Cross Training, and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training.
Coordinate with training partners and ensure proper attendance and certification.
Monitor completion and maintain records of all health and safety activities.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely HR Metrics Reports related to attrition, engagement, and performance.
Support process improvement and documentation consistency across HR systems and projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR operations
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE compliance requirements
Experience in handling disciplinary cases, counseling, and employee engagement programs
Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality
Proficient in HRIS or HR documentation systems
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and fairness
