Job summary

OBPO Managed Services Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to develop and implement ER policies and guidance for leaders and staff.

You will handle investigations, resolve complaints, and drive disciplinary and performance improvement programs while ensuring compliance with local labor laws in partnership with HR and Legal. A strong communicator with knowledge of labor regulations will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and dispute resolution.
