Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls or internet-based inquiries per client requirements.
• Meet contractual KPIs and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
• Clarify requirements, probe for understanding and use resources to resolve issues.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain rapport with empathy.
• Maintain knowledge of client products/services and document interactions.
• Offer additional products or services where appropriate and document activities.
