Concentrix, located in Fort Bonifacio Uptown Mall, is hiring a Customer Care Specialist. You will interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or online channels, delivering service and resolving routine issues per client requirements.

The role emphasizes meeting contractual KPIs, maintaining product knowledge, and providing courteous, accurate assistance. You will document interactions, support customers, and may offer additional products or services in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and dependability.
• Multi-tasking with adaptability to changes.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Patience in all customer interactions and professional demeanor.
• Shift flexibility for rotating schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Listen empathetically and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work notes in systems.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Offer additional products/services as appropriate.
• Document and retrieve information in call tracking databases.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
