Job summary

In a fast-paced contact center, you will strive to meet KPIs, listen with empathy, document details, and upsell where appropriate. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; shift rotation may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 3–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with attention to detail.
• Willing to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs in service delivery to customers.
• Clarify requirements and use resources to resolve issues.
• Listen with empathy and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously following procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
