Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with delinquent account concerns via inbound/outbound calls and messages.
• Review account status and propose suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Negotiate and establish payment arrangements.
• Educate customers on available resolution options.
• Secure payment commitments while maintaining positive customer experience.
• Provide education on repossessions-related processes where applicable.
• Conduct Right to Cure reviews and assist customers with account status.
• Process customer payments and related transactions accurately.
• Assist with document requests and account-related inquiries.
• Provide My Account troubleshooting and basic assistance.
