Civicom Pacific Corp. is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our Alabang team. The role focuses on debt recovery with strong earning potential through performance incentives, rewards for meeting targets, and attendance bonuses.

You will conduct outbound and inbound calls, negotiate settlements, document interactions, and strive to exceed monthly recovery targets while maintaining professionalism. Night shift, Monday–Friday, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of solid experience in a Collections role.
• Experience in Third-Party Collections is a huge plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa (Onsite).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to discuss overdue accounts.

The Offer: Competitive Pay & Perks

• Monthly Package: ₱33,000 - ₱38,000 (depending on experience)
• Total Potential Earnings: Up to ₱48,000+ (inclusive of performance based incentives)
• Work Schedule: Night Shift, Monday-Friday, Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
• Location: 100% Onsite in Alabang

What We're Looking For:

• We need individuals who are resilient, persuasive, and professional.
• Experience: 1-2 years of solid experience in a Collections role.
• Preference: Experience in Third-Party Collections is a huge plus, but we welcome applicants from any collections background (Bank, Telco, Fintech, etc.).
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to hit targets consistently.
• Location: Must be willing to work onsite in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa

Your Day-to-Day:

• Providing accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
