Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inbound call center experience.
• Healthcare/insurance BPO experience preferred.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Able to manage 3 concurrent chats.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation.
• Proficient in Windows and keyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone.
• Engage in up to 3 concurrent chat sessions.
• Assess customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Use online systems to gather information and resolve issues.
• Track, monitor and follow up on customer requests.
