Qualifications

• College graduate of a 4-year course.
• Minimum inbound call center experience of 1 year.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle 2 concurrent chats.
• Customer-centric approach and empathy.
• Ability to discover, analyze and solve problems.
• Good listening skills and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by resolving telephone inquiries from customers.
• Enhance customer relationships and loyalty through accurate and timely information.
• Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information, and resolve queries.
• Provide answers to inquiries about life insurance policies using defined guidelines.
• Perform multiple transactions to complete client inquiries within guidelines.
• Maintain thorough records by documenting all actions taken.
• Review and interpret plan and policy documents to respond to requests.
• Routine client contact includes policy interpretation and problem solving.
• May follow-up with Team Leader to obtain additional information.
• May contribute ideas to improve processes and procedures.
