Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an experienced EMEA Commercial Incentive Compensation Analyst to partner with Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Finance, HR and Global Compensation. You will design, administer and continuously improve incentive programs across the EMEA region to drive growth and align seller behaviors with company objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related analytical discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Compensation, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related commercial functions.
Experience supporting complex, multi-country sales organizations across EMEA or global regions.
Deep understanding of incentive compensation design principles, sales performance management, quota methodologies, and territory management.
Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis.

Responsibilities

Supporting the annual territory mapping and quota setting processes by preparing data, validating inputs, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure alignment with commercial strategy and sales coverage needs.
Supporting the administration of incentive compensation plans, including plan setup, eligibility tracking, quota assignment, performance tracking, payout calculations, and issue resolution through collaboration with Finance, HR, Sales Ops and Commercial teams.
Validating sales performance, bookings, revenue, quota, and payout data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely communication to stakeholders.
Supporting incentive compensation governance by maintaining clear documentation of plan rules, quota assumptions, territory changes, calculation logic, and approval records.
