Job summary

Execo Group Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support administration, payroll delivery, and the ongoing implementation of our Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform.

This role ensures high data accuracy across sales crediting, variable payout calculations, and sales team support. You will collaborate with payroll, revenue operations, and sales to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly payouts, and help optimize compensation processes for clarity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Incentive compensation experience and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Xactly and Salesforce reporting.
• High comfort with quantitative analysis and reconciliation.
• Precise handling of draws, prorations, SPIFFs and payouts.
• Clear written and verbal communication with sales and payroll teams.

Responsibilities

• Commission auditing and payroll delivery for timely payouts.
• Maintain data integrity in the ICM system (Xactly) and support implementations.
• Process new hires, transfers, LOAs, and final settlements.
• Audit NACV and services amounts in Salesforce and adjust as needed.
• Respond to rep inquiries and resolve disputes promptly.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
