Job summary

REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a Regional Reward Analyst – EMEA to support delivery and enhancement of global reward programmes. The role blends analytics, operations, and project support across compensation and benefits for the EMEA region.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to administer programmes, perform data analysis, benchmarking, and gender pay gap reporting, and drive continuous improvement in reward processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical capability with reward data interpretation.
• Experience with benchmarking, annual reward reviews, or compensation analysis.
• Detail-oriented with multi-priority delivery.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-region collaboration.
• Experience with HR systems and Excel-based analysis.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, continuous improvement mindset.
• Able to learn and apply enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and management of reward and benefits across the EMEA region.
• Serve as primary operational contact for the UK EV scheme with vendors and stakeholders.
• Assist cyclical reward activities, benchmarking, and reporting.
• Produce and analyze reward data including compensation and gender pay gap reporting.
• Support reward projects including reorganisations, TUPE transfers, and benefits harmonisation.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement and external vendors.
• Conduct data validation to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Handle reward queries and provide timely stakeholder support.
• Participate in external benchmarking activities to inform strategy.
• Identify process improvements and maintain governance documentation.
