Job summary

PM Consulting seeks an experienced HR Technology Lead to oversee HR technology configurations and integrations in a healthcare environment. You will guide the HRTS team on Workday, UKG, and ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.

You will manage multiple projects, mentor staff, and identify training needs to strengthen system knowledge and cross-functional collaboration. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR technology within a large healthcare organization, ideally in a hospital setting.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with HRTS platforms (Workday, UKG, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team development, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR technology system configurations and integrations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
• Provide guidance and supervision to HRTS team members on HCM system implementation and maintenance (Workday, UKG, ServiceNow).
• Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery under pressure.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HRTS team, setting clear objectives, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
• Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to strengthen system knowledge, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, labor laws, and data security standards.
• Perform additional duties as required to support organizational goals.
