Job summary

Temu is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. You will design and execute recruitment plans, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews to meet business needs.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leverage multiple channels, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Fluency in English and the local language is required, Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years recruitment experience, preferably in E-commerce.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and company policies.
• Fluent in English and local language; Mandarin preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans based on business development needs.
• Conduct in-depth position analysis and drive recruitment progress; resume screening, recommendations, evaluation, and process optimization.
• Support other HR-related projects, report issues to superiors, and provide improvement suggestions.
