Job summary

TEMU Philippines is seeking a skilled recruitment professional to develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with business growth.

You will conduct position analyses, drive progress, screen resumes, provide recommendations, evaluate effectiveness, and optimize the recruitment process. Collaboration across HR projects and timely reporting to leadership are expected to support TEMU's expansion in Makati and Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably with experience in the E-commerce industry.
• Familiar with various recruitment channels and processes.
• Proficient in various interview methods and communication skills.
• Understanding of local labor laws and company policies.
• Proficiency in English and local language as working languages, with fluency in Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's business development needs, and carry out specific recruitment activities to ensure the successful completion of recruitment tasks.
• Conduct in-depth position analysis and drive recruitment progress.
• Organize and implement specific recruitment matters: talent resume screening, recommendations, recruitment effectiveness evaluation, and process optimization.
• Support other HR-related projects and tasks based on company development needs.
• Report HR-related situations and issues to superiors in a timely manner and provide improvement suggestions.
