Job summary

BSMT PH INC. in Quezon City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our growing e-commerce team. You will source candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, Facebook and referrals, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews with managers, and build a strong talent pipeline.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in recruitment, excellent English, and the ability to work fully onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working with recruitment data and tracking hiring progress.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Facebook, employee referrals, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, motivation, career goals, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and coordinate job offers with qualified candidates.
• Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring challenges.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
• Track recruitment metrics such as interviews, offers, and successful hires.
• Review recruitment results and improve sourcing strategies when needed.
• Support recruitment needs across different functions within the e-commerce business.
