Job summary

Sutherland in the Philippines is hiring for an Online Shopping & E-Commerce account in Tarlac as a Customer Service Associate to help customers resolve concerns about their orders, assist with returns and refunds, and guide them on returning items or modifying/cancelling orders.

Qualifications

• Candidates have 2 years of college or a high school diploma with relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a good understanding of the account’s products, services, pricing, marketing activities, and promotional offers.
• Address customer questions about orders and provide accurate, professional, and easy-to-understand information.
• Consistently meet established productivity, quality, and operational standards.
• Demonstrate the company’s core values in every customer interaction and day-to-day responsibility.
