Job summary

Sutherland in Palayan is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Online Shopping & E-Commerce account. You will help customers navigate order-related concerns and provide assistance throughout their shopping journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

You will handle questions about orders, returns, refunds, and changes, while upholding the company’s values and performance targets. Excellent English communication and basic digital skills are required, and familiarity with AI tools

Qualifications

At least 2 years of college education, or High School Graduate with relevant work experience.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Working knowledge of computers and basic digital tools.
Good customer service skills combined with effective problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, along with sound judgment when reviewing and validating AI-generated information.
