Qualifications

• 1–3 years in purchasing, merchandising, inventory management, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and large data sets.
• Ability to use AI tools for data extraction, analysis, and business communication.

Responsibilities

• Convert vendor promotions into Excel buy sheets with SKU, pricing, costs, quantities, deal tiers, and dates.
• Analyze inventory, sales, and cost data to support purchasing decisions.
• Calculate landed cost, projected margin, and weeks of supply.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders for promotional needs.
• Track orders, backorders, and delivery delays.
• Maintain purchasing, cost, and lead-time data in the ERP system.
• Coordinate promotional schedules with marketing and web teams.
• Verify pricing, product assortment, banners, and landing pages before launch.
• Audit live promotions for pricing accuracy and MAP compliance.
• Restore regular pricing after promotions.
• Prepare post-promotion reports covering sales, revenue, and margin.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve purchasing and execution.
