Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Logistic Coordinator to join our Angeles (Pampanga) office on a night shift. This role centers on PO management, inventory replenishment, and proactive vendor coordination to ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate professionally with vendors and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize purchasing and logistics processes.
• Experience in outsourcing/BPO environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders for inventory replenishment and special-order products.
• Submit purchase orders to vendors and confirm receipt.
• Monitor and follow up on order status to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Execute purchasing activities based on system-generated reorder points and Min/Max inventory levels.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, with a strong focus on preventing stockouts for Category 1 items.
• Manage the workflow and tracking of custom and special orders; coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and production schedules.
• Ensure approved special orders are placed promptly and accurately.
• Monitor all inbound shipments (ETD/ETA), maintain visibility on production progress and shipping status, and coordinate inbound deliveries with warehouse.
• Schedule shipments with vendors; support optimal container utilization; prepare documentation for inbound freight and receiving.
• Maintain PO statuses within company systems and proactively communicate delays, risks, or supply chain issues.
