Staff Outsourcing Solutions in Cebu is seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations by coordinating with internal teams and external vendor partners. You will monitor shipments, research orders with PO references, and ensure timely follow‑up.

Responsibilities

Monitor shipments, order status, and tracking information and provide timely updates.
Research orders without PO references using NetSuite, email, and other resources.
Request packing slips and required documents from vendors.
Research inbound shipment and package concerns.
Coordinate with vendors regarding overages, shortages, and damaged shipments.
Coordinate internal transfer concerns with Operations teams.
Serve as a point of contact between Operations teams and vendors.
Follow up on outstanding requests until resolution.
Accurately document vendor communications, shipment information, and resolutions.
Escalate unresolved or recurring issues to the appropriate team or management.
Maintain professional relationships with internal teams and vendor partners.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and communication.
