The role uses Google Sheets, Canva, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to keep order flow smooth across Lazada and Shopee campaigns.

You will monitor order status, prepare Sales and Warehouse shipments, handle price updates and stock replenishments, and assist the marketing team with promotional materials and livestream

Qualifications

• Experience in online order processing across e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with price updates and stock replenishment.
• Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate promotions and campaigns with marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor online orders across platforms using Sheets and required tools.
• Create Sales Orders and Warehouse Shipments in Dynamics 365.
• Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, and courier pickups.
• Prepare and file penalty appeals for Late Shipment Rate issues.
• Assist with admin tasks and performance reports.
