Job summary

Iontech, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an E-commerce Coordinator to manage online sales across Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop. You will coordinate with brands and the fulfillment team to ensure smooth execution of all e-commerce activities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree, at least 2 years in e-commerce, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive campaigns and product proposals with principals and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset is required.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in E-Commerce / Online Retail.
• In depth knowledge in E-commerce industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages and tracks orders from E-commerce platforms (Lazada/Shopee/Zalora Marketplace/Tiktok Shop).
• Works with the fulfillment team to support and manage execution of all e-commerce activities.
• Handles local and multinational brands and executes all its e-commerce activities.
• Do creative production that included product shoots, creation of campaign paraphernalia.
• Formulates monthly sale campaigns.
• Product proposal to principals.
• Acts as the key interface between the customer and all relevant division.
