Job summary

Synchronicity Select is seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Assistant with hands-on experience in TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee to manage and optimize our online store.

The role will focus on enhancing website performance, executing marketing campaigns, and overseeing third-party integrations, requiring strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in managing Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
• Intermediate Shopify experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with multiple Shopify apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of e-commerce platform, especially Shopify.
• Provide insights to improve website design, UX, and customer journey.
• Optimize product pages for conversion (copy, images, and SEO).
• Implement A/B testing to improve user experience and sales.
• Ensure seamless checkout and minimize cart abandonment.
• Stay updated on ecommerce trends and competitor strategies.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Assistant with proven hands-on

experience in Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on managing and

optimizing website performance, executing marketing campaigns, and overseeing 3rd

party integrations to ensure seamless operations. This role requires strong analytical

skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement performance-driven strategies in a

fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Online Store Management

• Oversee day-to-day operation of e-commerce platform specially the Shopify.
• Providing insights and recommendations to improve website design, user experience (UX), and customer journey.
• Optimized product pages for conversion (copy, images and SEO)
• Implement A/B testing to improve user experience and sales
• Ensure seamless checkout process and minimize cart abandonment
• Staying updated on ecommerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Troubleshoot website issues and coordinates fixes.
• Manage integration with payment gateways, shipping providers, and third party tools
• Handle platform updates and plug-in management
• Lead and implement marketing campaigns based on the mechanics.
• Hands-on experience using multiple Shopify apps.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in website manipulation.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a any related field.
• Intermediate experience in Shopify.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Managing Omnichannel platforms (Mabang, Big Seller, Ginee, SelluSeller, and
• etc.).
• Proven proficiency with the Tiktok,Lazada, Shopee Admin backend

Nice to have

• Proven ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment or with the specific industry (e.g., Sports and Gym).
• A strong “eye for design”—not a graphic designer, but able to recognize clean,
• premium, and aesthetic design
