Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced senior marketer to lead our e‑commerce and digital marketing initiatives in the Philippines. You will drive marketplace presence across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop while optimizing SEO, content and customer retention programs.

You will manage teams, budgets and cross‑functional projects, delivering data‑driven campaigns and performance improvements in a fast‑paced omnichannel environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years in e‑commerce, digital marketing or retail marketing.
• 3–5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Experience managing e‑commerce websites & marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Strong background in campaign planning, digital content, SEO, CRM, marketplace marketing, live selling and analytics.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, agencies, vendors and cross‑functional projects.

• Oversee Digital Shelf & Marketplace Management initiatives.
• Drive SEO and Discoverability strategies across platforms.

Retail, home improvement, consumer goods, or omnichannel experience is an advantage.
