Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of online store listings with accurate descriptions, imagery, pricing and stock.
• Optimize product pages with keywords and SEO to improve marketplace visibility.
• Monitor inventory with warehouse and logistics teams to prevent stockouts.
• Plan, coordinate and execute e-commerce campaigns and mega-sales.
• Maximize platform tools, vouchers, free shipping and coin-back features to drive traffic.

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Officer to manage and scale our online retail operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our digital storefronts across major e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our proprietary website). You will manage product listings, optimize digital shelf space, drive online sales conversions, coordinate inventory with fulfillment teams, and execute promotional campaigns to maximize our brand's digital revenue and marketplace visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of online store listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, high-resolution imagery, pricing, and stock availability.
• Optimize product pages with relevant keywords and SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility within marketplaces.
• Monitor product inventory levels closely, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to prevent stockouts or fulfillment delays.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute e-commerce campaigns, mega-sale events, and flash deals.
• Maximize platform tools, promotional vouchers, free shipping programs, and coin-back features to drive traffic and cart additions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media traffic, live-streaming events, and paid ads directly to online store conversion funnels.
• Monitor customer chat inquiries, buyer feedback, product reviews, and ratings to ensure high store performance metrics and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Resolve customer service escalations, return/refund requests, and shipping disputes promptly and professionally.
• Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce metrics (daily sales, conversion rates, traffic sources, average order value, and ad ROAS).
• Generate regular performance analytics and consumer insights reports to recommend pricing strategies, inventory adjustments, and sales optimizations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, TikTok Shop Seller Center, or Shopify/WooCommerce).
• Proficiency in e-commerce back-end management, inventory tools, and basic digital marketing/ads execution.
• Strong command of MS Excel or Google Sheets (data tracking, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva) for quick banner updates is an advantage.
• Highly organized with exceptional multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
