Enable is seeking an Ecommerce Sales Supervisor to drive growth across Shoppee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify channels. You will own channel performance, optimize listings, manage pricing, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to maximize profitability.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, performance analytics, and continuous optimization of UX and conversion rates across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in e-commerce sales/marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Shopify preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ecommerce ownership of brands: hitting targets, monitoring stock of the brand, working with relevant teams to ensure the brand is profitable and growing smoothly
• Developing e-commerce sales & marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting of traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Reviewing product listings to ensure optimum store/product ranking and search optimized listings
• Ensuring pricing strategies are executed correctly and effectively

The Ecommerce Sales Supervisor (Shoppee/Lazada/TikTok) will be responsible for driving growth and development of the channels through strategic building and maintenance of Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ecommerce ownership of brands: hitting targets, monitoring stock of the brand, working with relevant teams to ensure the brand is profitable and growing smoothly
• Developing e-commerce sales & marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field
• Brand Management and Platform Ads experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
