Job summary

Solvo Global is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead key accounting operations in a fast-paced E-Commerce environment. The role requires an English level of C1 / Advanced and a strong background in Excel and QuickBooks Online.

In Manila, you will oversee month-end close, reconciliations across Shopify, Stripe, and Amazon, and mentor a growing accounting team, driving process improvements and automation to support a dynamic international business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong experience with E-Commerce accounting and Shopify.
Experience with reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Month-End Close.
Advanced Excel and QuickBooks Online skills.
Experience leading or mentoring accounting teams.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting operations and month-end close processes.
Manage reconciliations across Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and other E-Commerce platforms.
Analyze financial data and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Improve and automate accounting processes and workflows.
Lead, mentor, and support accounting team members.
