Job summary

RippedBoxStation is seeking an accounting professional in the Philippines to manage QuickBooks records, reconcile Shopify and Amazon data, and ensure GAAP-compliant revenue and expense matching. The role requires at least one year in accounting or bookkeeping, plus proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and strong English communication.

Ideal candidate will handle inventory tracking and daily accounting tasks, supporting reporting and ad hoc duties as needed to keep financial operations accurate

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Experience with Shopify and Amazon seller operations is required.
• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update financial records in QuickBooks (Bills, Invoices, bank entries, closing journals).
• Reconcile Shopify and Amazon information over to QuickBooks.
• Perform GAAP-compliant revenue and expense matching.
• Maintain and update inventory tracking using Google Sheets.
• Complete account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Support day-to-day accounting tasks and ad hoc duties as needed.
• Other accounting/audit related tasks as assigned.
