Job summary

MultiplyMii in the Philippines is seeking a Finance and Operations Specialist to manage core financial workflows across agency services and eCommerce operations, taking ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and billing.

You will oversee multi-entity reconciliations, AR/AP, international payroll, and refine quoting and client invoicing to reduce bottlenecks, with potential to expand into a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience in an agency or eCommerce environment.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and eCommerce accounting tools such as Finaloop.
• Experience handling full-cycle AR/AP and international payroll processing.
• Understanding of multi-entity accounting and eCommerce revenue structures (Amazon, Shopify).

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, analytical Finance and Operations Specialist to manage core financial workflows, multi-entity reconciliations, and streamlined billing. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping across both agency services and e-commerce brand operations. Beyond traditional accounting, you will play a key role in refining quoting and client billing processes to eliminate operational bottlenecks, with opportunities to take on general administrative duties and expand this position into a full-time role over time.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Entity & Variable Accounting: Manage end-to-end bookkeeping, multi-entity reconciliations, and diverse, variable payment models across agency and e-commerce operations.
• Billing & Quoting Optimization: Streamline client quoting, invoicing, and AR collections to simplify workflows and reduce manual executive oversight.
• AP & Reconciliations: Oversee Accounts Payable (vendor payments, bill tracking) and perform regular bank, credit card, and inventory account reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) to support leadership decision-making.
• General Administrative Support: Assist with operational and general admin tasks as needed to support business growth and expand overall role scope.
• Strategic Evolution: Identify pricing efficiencies and process improvements as the role develops.

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience in an agency or eCommerce environment.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and familiarity with eCommerce-specific accounting tools (e.g., Finaloop).
• Demonstrated experience handling full-cycle AR/AP and international payroll processing.
• Solid understanding of multi-entity accounting and eCommerce revenue structures (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).

Nice-to-Have

• Direct experience working with small-to-medium digital agencies or boutique service teams.
• Hands-on experience using Finaloop for automated eCommerce accounting.
• QuickBooks Online or Certified Bookkeeper certification.
