Job summary

Expedock is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of its client’s growing ecommerce business. You will manage daily bookkeeping, multi-channel sales accounting, inventory, and COGS, while delivering monthly financial reporting and analysis.

The role requires 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and hands-on QuickBooks and Excel skills. Remote work from the Philippines aligns with US business hours and a focus on accuracy and insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience with GAAP.
• Experience supporting eCommerce or online retail businesses.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, COGS, amortization.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks; advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records across AP, AR, payroll, inventory, amortizations, and other accounts.
• Record and reconcile daily sales on Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok.
• Reconcile payment processors: PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Payments, and TikTok.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements and management reports.
• Provide monthly financial analysis with trends and cost-saving insights.
• Support month-end closing and budgeting/forecasting.
• Identify process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency.
