Job summary

Raffles Makati and Fairmont Makati, part of Accor, seek a seasoned Luxury Hotel Sales professional to drive revenue through contracts, pricing, and new business opportunities in Manila's premium market.

You will build relationships with high-value clients and travel partners, present tailored proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless group bookings and VIP experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in a luxury hotel sales environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales software tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by managing sales contracts, pricing strategies, negotiating agreements, and identifying new business opportunities across key luxury market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, corporate accounts, and travel partners while delivering tailored presentations and site inspections
• Execute strategic sales plans, represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events, and monitor market trends to maintain competitive positioning
