Shangri-La Boracay is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to join our food and beverage team on Boracay Island. You will support the outlet manager in daily operations and help maximize performance while upholding service standards.

The ideal candidate has a passion for F&B, enjoys interacting with guests, leads by example, and mentors staff. Experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is required; shifts are part of the role.
