Job summary

Fairmont Makati is seeking a Front Office professional to uphold brand standards and deliver luxurious guest experiences in Manila's business district. You will ensure SOP adherence across interactions and lead with warmth, professionalism, and customer-centric service.

The role requires coordinating operational, administrative and staff needs while maintaining performance standards in a high-end hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an asset.
• Minimum of three (3) years in the service industry, with at least one (1) year relevant experience.
• Operational knowledge and proficiency in Property Management System.

• Demonstrates that all Front Office Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions.
• Provides a warm welcome and assists guests’ according to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Brand Standards.
• Maintainsthe balance in operational, administrative and colleague needs by providing guidance and motivation to the Front Office team.
