Ideal candidates bring at least five years of leadership and sales experience, a proven revenue track record, and strong skills in negotiation, communication, and team development within a luxury hospitality environment.

• Develops and trains the team to enhance productivity and sales skills such as negotiation, communication and closing techniques.

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and executing sales strategies in meeting business objectives.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
