Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a Software Support Engineer to join our Global Customer Support Team in Manila. You will provide first-line support for our cloud-based software solutions to customers across the EMEA region, with Dutch language proficiency required.

You will document incidents in the CRM, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolutions while collaborating with global teams. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency is required (written and spoken).
• Experience in a customer facing role is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive questioning to resolve issues.
• Strong MS Office skills and basic cloud knowledge (Azure).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stay organized.
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to customers for incidents and requests.
• Answer and resolve inbound inquiries from end users.
• Document all relevant customer information in the CRM.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues.
• Record, track, and document the problem-solving process.
• Test fixes and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
